The Candidate
To be successful in this KS2 ECT role, you will be confident and caring, with a burning passion for teaching. You will desire to fulfil the maximum potential of all pupils that you teach and will have the ability to adapt yourself and your learning materials to suit each individual need. It is essential that as a KS2 ECT, you are motivated to provide the best delivery of the national curriculum, whilst also caring for the physical and mental wellbeing of your students.
 
The Role
As a KS2 ECT, you will be planning exciting lessons, and creating learning materials that will ensure the effective learning of all pupils. You will collaborate with colleagues to monitor and track student progress and implement strategies to address areas for improvement. Targeted 1-2-1 and small group assistance and support will be something that you will regularly provide to students, and so it is necessary that you build strong bonds within your classroom.
